Creating change is necessary. Further, Teach For America claims that only one in two students living in poverty in the US will graduate from high school.Teach For America believes that teaching is an act of leadership. And so, in alliance with graduates from a diverse list of universities around the country that have a strong commitment to learning, the non-profit hopes to create a meaningful movement for change in the educational system.
