Strive School, a Berlin-based technology company in Europe, was launched to address weakness in European Universities’ outdates STEM course material. The market is demanding, and Strive School believes universities arent doing enough to promote careers in software engineer, a prospective market.
The company uses goes to STEM facilities around Europe in order to recruit talent and students. The curriculum is more focused on soft skills than hard skills, while the funding is a unique ISA scheme with a maximum payment of 18,000 euros. With the pandemic currently changing the norm of the world of work, Strive School hopes to take advantage of that shift.
